Habitas con berberechos y jamón de pato en un domingo perfecto
Además de la receta, tengo que compartir con vosotros el fantástico domingo que pasamos este último fin de semana.
Para empezar, el sol brillaba en el cielo azul, la temperatura era suave y cálida y la agenda de planes, vacía.
Teníamos todo el domingo para descansar y dedicarlo a disfrutar.
El paseo con Buck, aprovechando que el termómetro marcaba 18º, fue por la playa. Fuera de la temporada de veraneo, intentamos llevarlo a correr y a desfogarse, mínimo 2 veces por semana.
Tenemos la suerte de vivir justo delante de la playa, pero debido al horario laboral es un poco difícil, aunque hacemos lo que podemos.
Pero este domingo íbamos los tres bien contentos camino a la fina arena.
Hay que decir que Buck se lo pasó en grande con un grupo de perros que no paraban de jugar. Disfrutó como un «niño».
Y para comer, pues estas habitas con berberechos, jamón de pato y ajetes tiernos.
Habíamos probado una versión similar pero con tallarinas en Pinotxo, uno de los bares más concurridos de La Boquería, pero aunque la calidad era buena, el precio era excesivo.
Aquí os dejo una versión igual de buena y hecha en casa, que os aseguro que está más rica y más económica.
Espero que disfrutéis del fin de semana.
Ingredientes:
– 300 gr de habitas baby en conserva (o congeladas y las descongelamos)
– 250 gr de berberechos
– 150 gr de jamón de pato
– 3 ajetes tiernos
– Aceite
– Sal
– Pimienta
Elaboración:
Escurir las habitas o descongelarlas si es el caso.
En una cazuela con un poquito de agua (un dedo) poner los berberechos hasta que empiecen a abrirse. En cuanto se abran, retirar y escurrir el agua que hayan soltado.
Saltear en una sartén con aceite los ajetes tiernos cortados pequeñitos. Cuando tomen color, añadir el jamón de pato y las habitas. Rehogar durante un par de minutos.
Añadir los berberechos y mezclar durante un par de minutos más fuera del fuego.
Rectificar de sal y echar un poco de pimienta al gusto.
Servir.
