Os gusta el picante?
En esta receta podéis decidir vosotros qué cantidad de picante deseáis, así que a vuestro gusto!
De todas formas la cantidad de guindillas marcadas en la receta es para un ligero sabor picante.
La pasta que utilicé para esta receta la traje de mi viaje a La Toscana, aunque se puede hacer con cualquier otro tipo de pasta.
Ingredientes: 2 personas
120-150 gr. de pasta de colores.
2 tomates secos
2 guindillas
5 gambas
Orégano
Parmesano
Aceite
Sal
Elaboración:
Hervir la pasta los minutos que se indican en el envase. Salar.
Mientras, picar los tomates secos, las guindillas (ojo, no os toquéis después los ojos como me pasó una vez a mí) y las gambas en trozos pequeños (unos 4 trozos por gamba).
Dorar los tomates y las gambas en aceite, añadir las guindillas.
Juntar la pasta cuando esté hervida con los tomates, las guindillas y las gambas. Añadir el orégano. Mezclar bien para que quede aderezada.
Utilizar un molde para emplatar. Alrededor y por encima echar el parmesano rallado.
