El otro día ya os comenté que compré frutos rojos, entre ellos, granadas. Comimos alguna de postre, pero alguna otra sobró y decidí hacer esta ensalada.
El crujiente y el sabor salado de los pistachos contrasta con la explosión y el dulzor de la granada. Probadla, no os defraudará!
Ingredientes:
– Canónigos
– 2 c/s de pistachos pelados
– 2 c/s de granos de granada
– 5 ramitas de cebollino
– Aceite
– Vinagre de módena
– Sal
Elaboración:
Picar los pistachos de forma que queden trozos grandes.
Poner en un bol los canónigos, los pistachos y los granos de granada.
Hacer la vinagreta con el aceite, el vinagre de módena, MUY poca sal (lo pistachos ya son salados) y las ramitas de cebollita picadas.
Juntarlo todo y mezclar en el bol.
Servir en plato o fuente.
