Gnocchis con mantequilla y salvia
Me encanta Italia.
He ido varias veces y aunque la primera fue un poco decepcionante, las siguientes veces que he tenido la oportunidad de ir, me han ido encandilando hasta desear volver en cuanto pueda.
La primer vez la visita fue a Roma y me esperaba vivir un cuento. Es lo que pasa con las malditas expectativas. Te las creas en función de las experiencias de otros o de los libros y revistas de viajes y después, (plaf), llega la realidad y no es tan idílica ni perfecta como te habías imaginado.
Encontré una Roma sucia y caótica. Después he aprendido que ese caos precisamente, le aporta el encanto que tiene.
En las siguientes visitas, mucho más amenas, pude visitar más zonas y sentir de forma diferente el espíritu italiano (o eso creo).
Pero lo que me hizo sentir mariposas en el estómago y realmente me hizo sentir en un cuento fue la ruta que hice por la Toscana.
Me encantó todo. Y cuando digo todo, es todo. Hasta las colas, las callejuelas por donde te perdías para encontrar el hotel, la cuestas empinada de adoquines.
Pero reconozco que lo que más me gustó fue la gastronomía.
El viaje lo preparé a conciencia y llevaba todas las reservas confirmadas, la información turística de cada lugar, toda la información sobre la ruta y los sitios recomendados para almorzar o cenar en cada pueblito.
Durante esos días estuve rodeada de lugares con encanto donde disfrutar de unos días de ensueño.
Pero… ¡me faltaron por probar los gnocchis! ¿Os lo podéis creer?
Así, que tenía que poner remedio rápidamente.
Después de varias veces haciendo gnocchis me he dado cuenta que me gustan redonditos y pequeños de forma que cada bocado sea sutil. Con la harina justa y mucha patata para que tengan un gusto intenso al tubérculo. Ideales para servir tan solo con mantequilla y salvia. Intensifica su sabor y lo ensalza. Deliciosos.

Supongo que muchos estáis de puente, así que disfrutadlo.

Tienen una pinta extraordinaria, aunque me parece que la hierba que aparece en la foto no es salvia, sino mejorana, deliciosa y muy utilizada en la cocina italiana.
Me alegra que te guste la pinta que tienen, realmente eran deliciosos. La hierba aromática es salvia silvestre, no mejorana. Lo único es que lo que ves en la foto son los brotes tiernos y pequeños, las hojas grandes están picadas para el aderezo del plato. Supongo que por el tamaño, vendrá la confusión ya que se aprecia poco que son más alargadas y menos redondeadas.

I am so happy with this DVD player. I bought it SPECIFICALLY to watch Kath and Kim Australia. I was scared it wouldn’t be all region because the back has a region 4 symbol, but so far I have played american, british, and australian dvds. All work perfectly. I read CoE years ago and thought that it went far above the monikor of mere ‘pulp-sci-fi’ (which is what I thought it would be when I first picked up the book in a local library). I’ve been running Mint since “Barbara”, I love it. It’s the only distro that pulled me away from Gentoo on my desktop. I’ve converted many from Windows using Mint. Now for my Servers I’m still running Gentoo but for Desktops and Laptops you just can’t get better than Mint. Each release gets better and better with Mint, Clem hs put together a very smooth and polished OS. I don’t like Ubuntu, never have but Clem has taken a “Sows ear” and turned it into a silk purse.Anyway you’ve done a good job with the review and have summed up Mint very nicelyCheers

It is an excellent point…and one that is often hidden away. My husband and I have been married 9 years, and the past year with Maddie has been the hardest BY FAR. Luckily, we communicate and try to keep the couple part going as well as the family part, but it is so hard. I will say, however, that IMO it’s getting easier as the months go by. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

En ce qui me concerne, j’utilise depuis plus d’un an le masque à l’Argile rose de Clarins, très doux mais purifiant à la fois qui booste bien l’éclat de la peau.. Parfait pour les peaux mixtes !Sinon j’ai testé le masque REN glycolic en mini échantillon en suivant tes conseils Mathilde mais malheureusement j’ai été un peu déçue, on dirait qu’on s’étale du miel graineté sur le visage (pas très agréable) et pas d’effet exceptionnel à constater sur ma peau.. Ca doit dépendre des types de peaux !Je me suis procurée depuis peu le cleanance d’Avène qui est pas mal, il fait gommage en même temps.. Mais l’odeur est légèrement chimique ! Bonne journée : -)

There must be some kind of warranty under European law if nothing else. Let us know how you get on. I haven’t seen this review model doing anything strange but then I expect they would have tested it before sending it to me.
