Tanto si quieres hacer un aperitivo, entrante o simplemente algo para picar, una buena idea son los montaditos. Aquí tienes una idea aunque en los próximos posts incluiré algunos más.
Ingredientes:
– Pan (si es chapata o gallego mejor)
– Aceite virgen extra
– Tomate
– Jamón ibérico
– Foie micuit
– Anchoas (de l’Escala o de Cantabria)
Elaboración:
Cortar el pan a rodajas no muy grandes o bien partir la barra en cinco trozos y partirlos por la mitad.
Tostar en el horno o en tostadora hasta que quede doradito.
Untar con tomate fresco y rociar un chorrito de aceite virgen extra los trozos de pan que pensamos dedicar al jamón y las anchoas. Los de foie dejarlos sin tomate ni aceite.
Poner encima el jamón, la anchoa y el foie. Servir.
