Navajas a la plancha

Tal y como os decía en el anterior post, aquí está la receta de las navajas.
Están deliciosas, pero es importante que no se hagan demasiado porque quedarían duras e insípidas.

Ingredientes:
– 6 navajas grandes o 10 medianas
– 5 dientes de ajo
– Zumo de un limón
– Perejil picado
– Aceite
– Sal gorda

Elaboración:
En una plancha, echar la sal gorda.
Cuando esté caliente, poner las navajas previamente lavadas para eliminar la arena que tengan.
Una vez empiecen a abrirse, añadir un chorrito de aceite extra virgen y los ajos a láminas.
Cuando ya estén abiertas añadir el zumo del limón y un chorrito más de aceite.
Espolvorear con perejil picado y servir.
