Tapenade verde y negra
Este fin de semana ha sido de todo menos tranquilo.
He ido a mil por hora de un sitio a otro y con la presión que te da la conciencia con las lista de cosas pendientes por hacer.
Por fin es domingo por la noche y tengo mi momento «blog», solitario en el despacho donde puedo elegir con tranquilidad las fotografías que voy a colgar y poder escribiros con calma.
Hoy os traigo la receta de Tapenade (verde y negra) una variedad de la «olivada».
No sé, sinceramente, cuál es la adaptación de cuál, lo que sí se es que el tapenade tiene algunos ingredientes más que la clásica olivada catalana, pero está igual de rica.
En ocasiones, nuestras comida de los domingos se basa en un aperitivo largo. Hacemos varias cositas para picar y con eso ya comemos.
Es una comida informal que además se puede extrapolar a los almuerzos o cenas con amigos y es ideal para los encuentros «yo pongo», donde cada uno lleva un plato para compartir.
De esta forma, los anfitriones no tienen que estar el día entero cocinando para los invitados, ya que aunque la comida es importante, lo principal es pasar un buen rato entre amigos.
Pues este plato, es ideal para estos «yo pongo», comidas informales o entrantes de estas fechas que ya están llegando.
Tan sólo necesitáis poner los boles con los Tapenade y pan tostado bien crujiente.
Después, que cada uno se sirva a su gusto!
A nosotros no encanta y espero que a vosotros también.

Ingredientes tapenade negra:
– 250 gr de aceituna negras sin hueso
– 1 diente de ajo
– 2 c/s de nueces
– 4 anchoas en aceite
– Zumo de 1/2 limón
– Pimienta
– Aceite de oliva
Ingredientes tapenade verde:
– 250 gr de aceitunas verdes sin hueso
– 4 anchoas en aceite
– 4 c/s de almendras
– 1 c/s de alcaparras
– Aceite de oliva
– Ralladura de naranja
– Pimienta
Elaboración:
Triturar todos los ingredientes y sazonar al gusto.
Como me gusta la olivada y la tapenade, a nosotros también nos gustan los aperitivos de los domingos, soy fan del picoteo y el tapeo¡¡¡¡ me apunto tus recetas. Un abrazo.
M’encanten els sopars de «yo pongo», perquè amb el rollo de que m’agrada cuinar sempre acabo «pringant» jo (encara que ho faig encantada, perquè enganyar-nos! jejeje)! Aquesta tapenade em sembla fantpastica, jo em quedo amb la negra!

Cierto, cuando uno queda con amigos lo más importante es disfrutar del momento y aunque cocinar es agradable para nosotras, hay que dejarle también su tiempo a las amistades.
Nunca he probado la olivada, lo cierto es que la he visto a la venta de la casa Tarradellas el otro día en el super, y estuve tentada de comprarla pero luego pensé que quizás algún día podría prepararla en casa.
Lo que si que no conocía era la tapenade, tiene un aspecto delicioso, tanto la verde como la negra, seguro que con esto queda uno genial con la familia y amigos, al menos en mi casa sé que les sorprendería porque creo que no la conocemos ninguno.

In the long run, yes, the good outweighs the bad. I think this has a lot to do with the way your mind tries to suppress negative experiences and reinforce the positive ones. I don’t really remember all the sleep deprivation. I can look at the records, but they are more of a curiosity than a visceral memory. In that sense, love wins. Trixie reinforces it on a daily basis as she grows and does new stuff, and I gradually forget about all the times she throw up on the bed.
