Un desayuno de lujo
Dicen que no es importante con quién te acuestas sino con quién te levantas. De hecho, hasta la increíblemente bella Rita Hayworth decía: «Los hombres se acuestan con Gilda y se levantan conmigo». Y si eso lo decía ella, ya nos podemos preparar las mortales que nos levantamos con pelos de loca y cara de pocos amigos.
Pero para mejorar (y notablemente) estos momentos de «5 minutitos más», nada mejor que te esté esperando o que te traigan a la cama (+20 puntos) un desayuno de lujo. Y si es con diamantes, mejor…
Como con quién me levanto yo últimamente no tiene pulgares y en caso de tenerlos el desayuno se lo zamparía él, el desayuno me lo hago yo misma y tan a gusto. Eso sí, los interesados, que vayan tomando nota.
Yo no soy muy fan de los huevos, de hecho, pocas recetas con ellos veréis aquí, pero os aseguro que éste es un desayuno de lujo con el croissant relleno de huevos revueltos, queso, jamón y alcachofas. Una delicia.
Si además lo acompañas de un poco de fruta y una copa de cava, yo caigo rendida a los pies de quién sea (igual por el colocón nada más despertarme…).
En fin, que si queréis sorprender a vuestras parejas un domingo cualquiera, ya podéis ir tomando nota. No hay cosa más fácil y que hace que el día empiece increíblemente bien.
Espero que os guste y que disfrutéis de la semana.
Ingredientes:
– 1 croissant de mantequilla
– 1 huevo L
– 2 lonchas de jamón
– 1/2 alcachofa
– 2 lonchas de queso tierno
– 1 c/p de aceite, sal y pimienta
Elaboración:
Limpiar la alcachofa y cortar a láminas el corazón. Hacer en una sartén con un poquito de aceite hasta que estén tiernas y crujientes. Reservar.
Batir el huevo con un poquito de sal. En una sartén antiadherente poner el aceite y echar los huevos. Pagar el fuego y removerlos hasta que tengan la consistencia que más nos guste (o le guste a nuestra pareja). Añadir el queso cortado a dados.
Abrir el croissant por la mitad y poner las láminas de alcachofas, el jamón y encima el revuelto de huevos con queso. Servir todavía caliente con una copa de vino, algo de fruta y un zumo.
El resto, es cosa vuestra…

Obviously the name for it came out of Grantville so presumably the idea did too. Certainly small scale think tanks are operating too. Not pure research, this is more classical research, and then experimentation to find out how something they know exists works. Not even as much research as in Edison’s workshop at Menlo Park and that was 19th century.

Można być tylko dumnym z podjazdów i zjazdów w ochronie lidera.Odnośnie Cadela Evansa to pisaliśmy w poprzednim poście. Za pomoc w podjeździe pod Telegraphe i Galibier mógł dołączyć do Andego i Contadora, przez co dzisiaj miał ogromną szansę wygrać wyścig w czasówce. Cadel wykorzystał to – 2 miejsce i strata tylko 7 sek. do zwycięzcy, a Andy 2,5 min. za Cadelem.Mam nadzieję, że Cadel przyjdzie z duuuużą butelką szampana do Pana za etap do Alpe-d’Huez. Szkoda, że nie ma w tourach koszulki dla najlepszego gregario – w TdF’2011 zasłużyłby Pan na nią na bank.Pozdrawiamy i czekamy na kolejne emocje w następnych tourach.

Autant certains modèles ont quelques touches en + et il suffit de savoir lesquelles pour adapter, autant là vous êtes dans des tonalités complètement différentes et vous ne pourrez de toute façon pas jouer les même airs puisque l’instrument n’est pas fait pour cela.Pourquoi avoir pris cet accordéon, avez vous une raison particulière (jouer avec un ami qui a un instrument en SI ?)Sinon essayez d’en changer si vous débutez et que vous n’avez aucune raison particulière de jouer en SI.

Hi Bill,We used to run through the mill in Oquitoa as children when we visited my great aunt Romansita Sotelo de Ortiz. Her house was about a block from the mill. She was my grandmother’s sister. My grandfather and grandmother (Francisco Quiroz and Rosa Sotelo moved from Caborca to Arizona in 1912. Many of their siblings remained in Alamos, Caborca, Hermosillo and Oquitoa… The mill looks about the same as I recall from the early 1960′s.Thanks,Robert

Un lujazo total el desayuno. Yo tengo la suerte de que me lo preparan todoooos los días, pero es que es a lo más que se atreve en la cocina, por lo que el resto de comidas diarias me toca a mi. Eso sí, a la cama nii dejo que lo lleve ni yo lo llevaría, que todo eso es muy bonito, pero las migas luego se quedan, jeje.
